Mel Nicholson:

As a financial planner and mortgage broker, my passion lies in guiding clients towards financial wellbeing. David Maddern:

I have been involved within the finance industry for the best part of 35-years. I was employed with BankSA from 1982, when I started with the old Savings Bank of South Australia, at the branch in Streaky Bay. In 2000 I joined the BankSA Financial Planning team and completed my studies with a Diploma of Financial Planning.

In 2014 I chose to move away from the Bank advice channel and into my own business. This was a tough decision to make after 32-years with one employer, however I felt it was time to move away and run my own business enabling me to concentrate on old fashioned “services” to my clients.

I pride myself on the ability to explain the complex in easy to understand terms, often using diagrams. My client base is throughout the Adelaide Hills, Southern Fleurieu Peninsula, Southern Suburbs and Kangaroo Island.

I can help you create and implement appropriate financial strategies to improve your financial position, whether that is savings for retirement, moving into retirement or placing appropriate insurance to cover the risk of death, disablement or illness.
